GRILLED BANANA AND ALMOND SALAD 
1 1/2 cup organic leaf spinach
half (or more) of a banana
whole organic almonds, wlanuts, and/or pecans
vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
pinch oregano
3/4 teaspoon pepper
cinnamon (optional)

Salad: Place the (clean) whole leaf spinach in a plate or bowl. Cut half a banana into small slices. On a grill or in a small pan, grill or cook bananas for 3 minutes on each side. Putting cinnamon on the bananas is optional. Put them over the bananas. You can crush the almonds or put them on the salad whole.

Dressing: Using 1/3 cup of distilled or water diluted apple cider vinegar, put it into a bowl combing it with 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, a pinch of oregano, and 3/4 teaspoon pepper.

Season according to your taste.
