KAIROS PEANUT COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal
1 lb. Spanish peanuts

Cream together the butter and sugar. Add brown sugar and eggs. Sift and add the soda, vanilla and flour. Then add the oatmeal and peanuts. Bake 6 to 7 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 4 dozen. Sturdy for packing.
