1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. orange gelatin
2 c. flour
1 c. Spanish peanuts, coarsely chopped, not ground

Mix and roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
