CAESAR SALAD 
1 can anchovies (filet)
1 c. olive oil
1 egg
1 clove galric
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
3 to 4 tbsp. vinegar

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour over Romaine lettuce. Sprinkle with croutons and Parmesan cheese. Toss together. Makes enough for approximately 4 heads of Romaine lettuce will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
