HOT FRUIT SALAD 
1 (#2) can peach slices
1 (#2) can apricot halves
1 (#2) can pear halves, sliced in half lengthwise
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (whole)

Drain fruit. Use the pineapple juice only for making the sauce.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Use pineapple juice plus juice from 1/2 lemon or 1/4 c. ReaLemon

Mix all dry ingredients and add the juice and cook until it comes to a boil. Arrange fruit in baking dish. Pour sauce over fruit and bake in 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve hot. Good with ham. Leftovers make a delicious topping on vanilla ice cream.
