IT'S BETTER-THAN-POTATO-SALAD 
1 c. rice
2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. sliced celery
1 med. onion, finely chopped
4 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
8 radishes, sliced
1 cucumber, pared and diced

Cook rice according to directions. Chill. Add mayonnaise, celery, onion, mustard and salt; mix well. Chill. Stir in eggs, radishes and cucumber before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
