LIME CHIFFON PIE 
25-30 vanilla wafers, depending on size
About 4 tbsp. melted butter
1 pkg. lime Jello (or any desired flavor)
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 tall can Carnation milk, thoroughly chilled (or substitute 1 pkg. Cool Whip)

Crush about 15 wafers. Mix with butter and pat firmly in bottom of pie pan. Line sides with wafers. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add lemon juice and sugar. Mix well and let stand. Whip cream until stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture until completely mixed. Pour into crust and chill in refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
