COMPANY CHICKEN 
2-4 chicken breasts, boned & split
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing, herb seasoning, crush stuffing finely with rolling pin

Mix all ingredients together except chicken and stuffing mix for a dip. Dip each chicken piece in sour cream mix, then roll in stuffing. Put extra stuffing inside chicken before rolling up each piece. Place chicken in baking dish, rolled sides down. Refrigerate overnight. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Before baking, melt 1 stick butter and pour over all chicken.
