FLEMISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. chopped beef
1 can beer
16 oz. (2 c.) ketchup

Make meatballs as you usually do. I make mine with cornflake crumbs, chopped dried onions, chopped dried parsley and chopped dried garlic, also paprika to taste.

Brown the meatballs. Add ketchup and simmer, then add the beer and cook on a very small flame for 45 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
