CHUNKY CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter Crisco
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs (large or 3 sm.)
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bring Crisco to room temperature. Cream Crisco, white and brown sugar. Add eggs, mix well. In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda and cocoa. Add flour mixture to sugar and Crisco; mix well. Stir in vanilla. Add chocolate chips, raisins and nuts; stir. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 11 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet and place on cooling rack.
