CHUNKY CHIP COOKIES 
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.)
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1/2 c. white chocolate chunks
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips

Oven at 375 degrees. Makes 2-3 dozen.

Cream Crisco, butter with brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl (by hand or mixer on medium speed). Beat in eggs.

Combine flour and baking soda. Beat into creamed mixture until well blended. Stir in nuts and all chocolate chunks. Mix well.

Drop by using tablespoon of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet before removing.
