CRAB SPREAD | |
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 sm. onion, grated 1 c. shredded crab meat (or krab or chopped shrimp) 6 oz. chili sauce or seafood sauce 1/4 c. parsley, chopped Blend first five ingredients. Spread in 9" pie plate. Spread with chili sauce. Top with seafood of choice and sprinkle with parsley. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers. |
