2 lbs. boneless round steak
1 1/2 oz. pkg. dry onion soup mix

Spread dry onion soup mix over 1/2 of steak. Fold steak in half. Wrap securely in 2 thicknesses of foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. (Will be very moist and tender.)
