BAKED ROUND STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak, 1 inch thick
1/2 clove garlic
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. oil
1 sm. can Hunt's paste
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, cut into long strips

Cut steak into serving pieces. Rub with garlic, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pound flour into steak. Heat oil in skillet, brown steak on both sides. Remove meat and place in casserole. Pour off fat from skillet. Mix paste, water and seasonings, heat in skillet. Arrange onion and green pepper over meat. Pour tomato mixture over all. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
