CREAMY LEMON CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines pudding recipe lemon cake mix
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs

Measure 1 cup dry cake mix; set aside.

Combine remaining mix with 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil. Press in the bottom of a greased 13"x9"x2" pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine reserved mix, 2 eggs and remaining ingredients; beat at low speed for 2 minutes. Spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes longer. Cool.
