CROCK POT STROGGY | |
1 1/2 lbs. beef cubes (chuck or round) 8-12 oz. canned mushrooms 1 chopped onion 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 16 oz. sour cream Dust meat with flour. Brown in skillet with mushrooms and onions. Pour in crock pot with soup mix, 1/2 cup water, and mushroom juice. Stir. Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. 1/2 hour before serving, add sour cream and cook on high. Pour over noodles or rice. Enjoy! Save juice in can. |
