HAMBURGER RICE HOT DISH 
5 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. dry onion
2 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 lg. can each cream of chicken, celery, and mushroom soup
5 c. rice, uncooked
5 c. water or more
Salt and pepper
10 tbsp. soy sauce
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown hamburger, onion, and celery. Drain. Add soups, rice, and rest of ingredients. Combine all and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees. Top with Chinese noodles when ready to serve.
