1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine ingredients and stir until well blended. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cake is done when it springs back when lightly pressed. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired, when cool.
