DIET RICE PUDDING 
3 tbsp. oatmeal powder
1 c. long grain rice
1/2 c. raisins
6 c. non-fat milk

Bring ingredients to a boil over low heat for about 1/2 hour until starts to get thick. Then put 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 teaspoons cinnamon and 20 to 25 packages Equal. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 145 calories.

OATMEAL POWDER:

1 c. oatmeal

Grind in blender.
