Power Select: Medium Approximate Cooking Time: 12 minutes Yield: 32 bars 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces (about 1 c.) 1 can (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut (about 1 c.) 1 c. finely chopped nuts Set power select at medium. In each of 2 (8-inch) square baking dishes, pour 1/2 butter. Sprinkle with crumbs; pour condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with chocolate, coconut and nuts; press down slightly. Heat one dish at a time, 5 to 6 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes; chill. Cut into squares to serve. |
