SHRIMP AND NOODLES DISH 
6 oz. wide noodles, cooked
2 cans small shrimp, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 c. broccoli florets
1/3 c. red peppers, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, chopped

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, cheese, milk and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. Add hot noodles, shrimp, broccoli, pepper and onions, stir.

Bake covered 45 minutes or until hot. May use low calorie sour cream and mayonnaise.
