CHEESE SOUFFLE 
10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 cans green chilies
2 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. milk

Butter glass 8 x 8 inch pan. Drain one can of chilies and spread in pan. Add grated cheese. Mix egg, milk, and other can of chilies with flour. Pour over cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
