LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. dry 1 step angel food cake mix
1 can lemon or apricot pie filling
1/2 c. coconut, optional
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together by hand (do not use mixer). Coat a jelly roll pan with shortening spray. Add mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost with powdered sugar frosting.
