1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello brand gelatin (any flavor)
1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 baked 8 inch pie shell or crumb shell (cooled)
1 c. prepared Dream Whip whipped topping

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Spoon in ice cream, stirring until melted and smooth. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Garnish with whipped topping.
