HONEY GLAZED CARROTS 
8 med. carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. butter

Cook carrots, cut lengthwise in boiling water until tender. Melt butter. Add other ingredients, mix well in casserole, bake turning occasionally until sauce is absorbed, about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
