HO - HO CAKE | |
1 chocolate Jiffy cake Make as directed. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. SECOND LAYER: 5 tbsp. flour 1 c. sugar 1 c. Crisco 1 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. butter Cook flour and milk until thick; stir often. Cream other ingredients, then add flour and milk. Beat until mixed well and very thick. Pour over cake. Refrigerate. THIRD LAYER: 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 3 oz. melted chocolate or 3 (1 oz.) pkgs. Choco-Bake 1 egg 2 1/2 tbsp. hot water 1 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar Melt butter. Beat egg, vanilla, chocolate, sugar, and water. Add butter. Beat until mixed well. Pour over cake. Refrigerate. IT'S WONDERFUL!! |
