GRAHAM MUFFINS | |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 tsp. baking powder 1/3 c. melted butter 1/4 c. dark corn syrup 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. milk 1 tbsp. flour Combine graham cracker crumbs and baking powder in a bowl. Combine butter, corn syrup, egg and milk. Add to graham cracker mixture, stir just enough to moisten. Stir in flour. Spoon batter into greased 8 inch muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake in a 375 degree oven 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
