GRANNIES TEA CAKES 
1 c. of sugar
2 eggs
1 c. of lard
Self-rising flour
Milk

Sift flour like you are going to make biscuits. Add eggs, lard, and sugar and add milk as needed. Mix together and knead. Put out on cutting sheet and cut out like biscuits. Bake at 325 degrees.
