CACTUS SALAD 
1 (7 1/4 oz.) can natural cactus, drained
1 (7 oz.) can pimentos, drained
Vinegar & oil
Dressing

Arrange a bed of cactus on a platter. Slice pimentos and place over cactus. Pour vinegar and oil dressing over salad. Marinate in refrigerator one hour before serving.
