1 yellow cake mix
4 c. cut up rhubarb
1 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream

Mix cake mix according to directions. Pour into a greased 9"x13" pan. Top with cut up rhubarb. Sprinkle with sugar. Pour whipping cream over the top and bake at 350 degrees until done. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
