HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE FROSTING | |
1 c. sugar 1/2 c. water 1 egg white 1 tsp. vanilla 2 sq. (1 oz. each) chocolate Boil water and sugar together without stirring until it spins a thread when tested. Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg white. Beat until it holds its shape when dropped from the spoon. Add flavoring and spread on the cake. Add the melted chocolate to cooked mixture before adding to the egg white. |
