SAUSAGE BALLS | |
1 box Stove Top stuffing (pork) 1 egg 1 c. hot water 1/2 c. onion 1/2 c. celery 1 lb. sausage Mix stuffing and seasoning, egg and water. Pinch sausage into small bits into stuffing mixture then roll all into balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, covered. Uncover, turn and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
