ZUCCHINI RELISH 
10 zucchini
2 lg. cucumbers
2 lg. green peppers
1 lg. red pepper
4 c. chopped onions
4 tbsp. salt
2 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. black pepper
5 c. sugar

Grind all in a food chopper of food processor coarsely. Mix in salt and let stand overnight. Drain well.

Mix, all the other ingredients in a saucepan, heat vinegar mixture and pour over vegetables. Boil 2 minutes fill pint jars. Makes 6 pints.
