1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie pan. Mix Bisquick, water and beans. Spread in pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture. Bake 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream. Serves 6-8. This can be doubled and made in a 9x13 inch pan.
