MERINGUE COOKIES 
2 egg whites, room temperature
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Beat until satiny. Fold in chips. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
