POTATO WEDGES 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
4 lg. potatoes
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In small pan over low heat, melt butter, take off heat; stir in catsup, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well.

Cut potatoes into 4 wedges, slash wedges crosswise at 1/4 inch intervals, but don't cut all the way through skin. Put potatoes on a cookie sheet, skin side down. Brush potatoes with 1/3 of butter mixture.
