ENCHILADAS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 can refried beans
Tortillas, corn or flour, uncooked in dairy case

Brown beef and chopped onion and drain off excess fat. Mix in the refried beans. Brown tortillas in hot oil and set aside to drain on paper towel. Fill each tortilla with meat mixture and place in long pan or baking dish with the seam side down.

CHEESE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. milk
1 can enchilada sauce
2 c. grated cheese
