1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
2 c. smooth peanut butter
9 c. Special K cereal
1 tsp. vanilla

In a large pot bring first 2 ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and stir until mixture is blended. Press into buttered bar-size pan (11 x 18 x 1).

While mixture is still hot, cover with melted chips: 3/4 c. butterscotch

Let cool and cut into bars.
