CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. rice
4 or 5 chicken breasts
1 onion (chopped)
1 can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 can water
1 tsp. salt
Paprika

Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch dish, sprinkle in rice, add chicken, onion, and salt. Spoon soup over chicken, pour water, cover and bake at 350°F for one hour and 25 minutes. You may sprinkle Paprika on top if desired.
