RAW TOMATO RELISH 
8 lbs. ripe tomatoes
7 onions
3 c. diced celery
1/2 c. salt
4 1/2 c. sugar
2 green peppers
1/2 oz. mustard seed
2 c. vinegar

Peel and dice tomatoes. Fine chop onions. Mix tomatoes, onions, celery and salt. Let stand overnight. Next day drain and add remaining ingredients; mix well. Store in refrigerator.
