FIESTA STEAK 
1 beef round steak, cut 1/2" thick
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. corn oil
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 c. hot water
3 onions, quartered
1 green pepper, cut in 1" squares
3 tomatoes, cut in 1" wedges

Cut round steak into 6 pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Cover meat with seasoned flour. Pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Brown in oil in large skillet. Pour off oil.

Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add to meat. Add onions. Cover tightly and cook slowly 1 hour or until tender. Add green pepper and tomatoes. Cover tightly and continue to cook slowly 25 minutes. Serves 6. Delicious with mashed potatoes and lima beans.
