EVAN'S FAVORITE MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. meat
1 egg
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Bread crumbs

Pour tomato sauce, 1/2 can of tomato paste and cranberry sauce into large pot. Add pepper. Cook until dissolved. Add brown sugar, lemon juice. Cook 1 hour without meatballs on low flame. With 1 tall glass cold water add 1 egg; mix well. Pour into bowl of meat. Add pepper and some bread crumbs. Mix well. Makes about 30 meatballs. After sauce is cooking 1 hour, add meatballs. When they rise to the top, remove pot from stove.
