OREO ICE CREAM DESSERT 
28 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 gal. coffee ice cream (can use any flavor)
1 c. sugar
1 c. (5 oz.) evaporated milk
4 sq. (1 oz.) semi sweet chocolate
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. carton frozen whipped topping
1 c. chopped toasted pecans

Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter and blend. Press on bottom of a dish 9x13. Spread evenly with ice cream. Store in freezer.

Combine in saucepan, the sugar, milk, chocolate, 6 tbsp. butter and vanilla. Cook, stirring until smooth and thick. Remove from heat. Cool.

When cool, spread over ice cream layer. Spread with whipped cream. Sprinkle with pecans. Store in freezer.
