1 Pillsbury pie crust
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. half & half
3 or 4 eggs
1 tbsp. season salt
1 c. shredded monterey jack cheese
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1 pkg. cooked & drained chopped spinach
1/2 onion, chopped
1 to 2 stems of celery, chopped
1 pkg sliced mushrooms

Cook pie crust for approx. 5 minutes at 400. Mix next 7 ingredients together and set aside. Sauté onions and celery in butter. Sauté mushrooms in butter. Mix all ingredients together and pour in pie crust. Cook at 350 for 1 hour.
