3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1 sm. can Carnation milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Pour in a baking dish 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Melt: 1/2 c. brown sugar

Pour in: 1 c. crushed cornflakes

Pour over casserole and cook 15 minutes.
