RICE AND ARTICHOKE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked according to pkg. directions
2 sm. jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained, reserve juice
8 stuffed olives, chopped (or sm. can black olives)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise mixed with artichoke juice
1/8 tsp. curry powder
Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and chill at least 4 hours. 8 servings.
