1 pkg. corn bread mix (baked according to pkg. directions)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. chopped tomato
1 chopped boiled egg
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Crumble cooled corn bread into salad bowl and add remaining ingredients; toss well.
