SEAFOOD ALFREDO 
1 lb. imitation crabmeat
1/4 lb. butter
1 pt. half & half
1 c. grated Romano & Parmesan cheese
1 med. onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 lb. fettuccine, cooked

Saute onion, garlic and mushrooms. In a 2 quart saucepan melt butter. Add half & half. Simmer to a boil, stir in cheese. Stir until thickened, then add sauteed onion, garlic and mushroom, stir in imitation crabmeat and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour sauce over pasta. Toss and serve. Serves 4-6.

Awesome. Added 1/8 c white cooking wine, used only 1/2 lb linguini. Definitely make it again.
