GRILLED SHRIMP 
1 lb. peeled raw jumbo shrimp
1 c. picante sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)

Rinse shrimp, dry with paper towel and thread onto skewers.

SAUCE: Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Brush shrimp with sauce. Place over hot coals or on broiler rack. Grill or broil 5-8 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through, turning and basting occasionally with sauce.

Heat remaining sauce and serve with shrimp.
