SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 tube pork sausage
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 lg. onion
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 beaten egg
1 loaf frozen bread dough

Cover and thaw bread dough for 4 hours. Brown and drain sausage. Saute onion, pepper, and mushrooms in butter. Season to taste with garlic powder and pepper.

Roll dough into a rectangle; combine sausage, egg, and sauteed vegetables and place in center of dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold dough over mixture. Sealing edges with water, pinch the ends. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set for 5 minutes or longer before serving.
